Hi again,i have a copy of windows 7 home premium in my hand. the key code is inserted in the bottom right hand corner of the laptop, its a yellow sticker. its a key for a laptop which has a sticker on the bottom of the laptop which says its windows 7 home premium. i need to know how to use this key to activate it.Its not an original product key and should work with a unaltered version of windows 7 home premium

The only way to upgrade Windows 7 to 64-bit is to install a new copy of Windows 7 from a 64-bit ISO. You can download the ISO from Microsoft's website . I'm not sure if you can download the ISO for Windows 7 Home Premium. You would have to contact Microsoft. Once you have the 64-bit copy of Windows 7, you can use the product key on your original copy of Windows 7 to activate it. However, you cannot transfer the product key from your original copy of Windows 7 to the 64-bit copy.
