Dying Light Best Weapon Mod

In the post-apocalyptic world of Dying Light 2, you’re able to buy better weapons from the scrap pile. The Dead Man’s Hand is a functional, yet cool-looking, melee weapon that can clip onto your melee weapon for double combat punch. It can be upgraded to be used as a bludgeoning weapon, or upgraded to be used as an electrifying weapon, or upgraded to be used as a flame weapon.
Once you hit the story missions, the Grenadier is where it’s at. It’s perfect for mid-range close-quarters combat and as long as you can reach the barreled zombie-stomping machine, it’s the best weapon for the job. Speaking of story missions, you’ll also find a sweet pistol, a semi-auto rifle, and a revolver in the campaign, so don’t underestimate the value of hunting wild zombies with a long-range sniper rifle. Make sure to keep your rounds aligned with the zombies so you’re not wasting ammo.
The last two weapons on our list are some of the coolest looking items in the game, and you really cannot go wrong with either of them. The Last Hope Combat Knife is a double-bladed dagger that can be upgraded to be used as an electrifying weapon or as a bludgeoning weapon. It’s a weapon that looks absolutely ridiculous and does exactly what you’d expect it to do, which is kill the infected. The Boomstick is a polearm that has a grappling hook on the end that can pull you out of your seat, and it’s actually possible to use it to escape from zombies.
Once you reach the higher-difficulty settings, the Autosniper has far more stopping power, particularly once you upgrade it to be an electrified weapon. It will be able to pierce and set fire to the infected that you come across.
The best weapon for a ranged player will generally be heavier and more damaging than their melee counterparts. For a ranged build, the best weapon is probably Last Hope, which has a good damage multiplier. Within Dying Light 2, a good alternative is the heavy-duty revolver.
The best weapon for one-handed players will depend entirely on personal preference. If you like the look of Last Hope, you can swap it out for scythes or another melee weapon like the shotgun. If you like the whip, you can always upgrade Last Hope so it is a dual-wield. Generally speaking, melee weapons are best if you are using one hand, but anything you want to hold with one hand is fair game. As long as you are able to switch weapons quickly, any weapon will work in Dying Light 2. 827ec27edc
